After 7 days from delivery, return will NOT be accepted under any condition.
1) Return Window (Strict Rule)
Customers can request return within 7 days from the date of delivery. Any return request made after 7 days will be rejected.
2) Open / Used Product Return Policy
Krishna Home Care products are made with quality standards and are designed to deliver strong performance. In case the customer has opened the product and used it, we still accept return requests within 7 days from delivery.
3) Return Eligibility
Return is accepted within 7 days in these cases:
- Customer is not satisfied with the product performance
- Product received is damaged / defective
- Wrong product delivered
4) Refund Timeline
Refund processing starts within 3 business days after approval. Refund credited to original payment method within 7 business days.
5) Refund Method
Refunds will be initiated only to the original payment method used during checkout.
