Refund Policy

Return Window and Eligibility

Returns can be requested within 7 days of delivery, even if the product has been opened or used. Returns are accepted if you are not satisfied with the product performance, the product is damaged or defective, or the wrong product was delivered. After 7 days from delivery, returns are not accepted.

Refunds and Timelines

Refund processing starts within 3 business days after approval, and the refund is credited to the original payment method within 7 business days. Refunds are made only to the original payment method used at checkout.
